Peter L. Navins

Partner

Background

Peter has experienced the practice of law both in the small firm suburban setting and in a downtown Boston law firm. During that time period, he was exposed to most anything which a “general practitioner” could encounter, ranging from civil suits for assault and battery to petitions for partition of jointly owned real estate. He subsequently narrowed his focus, and has been drafting estate planning documents, settling estates and handling residential and commercial real estate transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers and lenders for over thirty-five years.

Originally from the North Shore, Peter currently resides in Plymouth, having previously lived in Wayland for over thirty-five years, where he was actively involved in a variety of civic and volunteer activities.
